Industry and problems
Scientific specialist publication "Bulletin of postgraduate education: collection of scientific works. Series «Social and Behavioral Sciences; Management and Administration» covers new socio-economic and political relationships that are emerging in Ukraine. Special attention is also paid to the issues of socio-psychological peculiarities of the development of postgraduate education in the conditions of socio-economic transformations, in particular, in psychology, economics, public administration.
Tasks of the journal:
1. To contribute to the creation of an open information environment in order to provide opportunities for the scientific and pedagogical community to highlight the results of modern scientific research and the experience of the best educational practices in the open electronic Internet space; creation of conditions for journalistic discussion and approbation of theoretical and practical scientific and methodological investigations and organization, course and results of pedagogical experiments, which ensures interaction between leading specialists and young scientists in the field of psychology, economics, public administration.
2. To activate the development of the international community of experts in the field of research theory and practice.
3. To contribute to the popularization of the magazine in the modern scientific space.
4. To observe the principles of academic ethics.
The journale publishers articles by leading domestic and foreign scientists, and also popularizes scientific research in general and professional education.
The collection is of interest to heads of educational institutions, methodologists, civil servants and scientists, teachers and students of postgraduate education institutions.

Peer Review Process
The editors of the journal "Herald of Postgraduate Education": the collection of scientific works is governed by the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights. During the editorial and publishing process, it provides technical and informational support to magazine users. It guarantees the confidentiality of the materials submitted to the magazine during the entire editorial and publishing process, takes into account the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" and the general data protection regulation GDPR. Takes into account comments and suggestions of readers, authors and reviewers regarding ways to improve the work of the publication. Reviewers and editors conduct an impartial review of manuscripts, observing confidentiality, and declare in advance the presence of a conflict of interest. The editors carefully consider all controversial situations and violations; if necessary, adjusts or removes materials. The editors promptly respond to any complaints regarding the work of the journal and guarantee the resolution of all problematic situations. The editors ensure that the readers are properly informed about the publication of the newly published publication. Guarantees that all published scientific materials have been peer-reviewed by qualified experts

Open Access Policy
The journal provides readers with immediate free access to all published content under Creative Commons ("Із зазначенням авторства - Некомерційне використання - Поширення на тих же умовах") 4.0 Міжнародна (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
Users are free to read, download, copy and print submissions, search content and link to published articles, disseminate their full text and use them for any legitimate non-commercial purposes (i.e. educational or scientific) with the mandatory reference to the article’s authors and initial publication in this journal.
Archiving
This journal uses the LOCKSS system for distributed archival storage of published content across multiple libraries and information centers. Libraries participating in the LOCKSS project guarantee long-term preservation of comprehensive archives of the journal and automatic recovery of damaged information. More...
Methodology for assessing the verification of the scientific nature of the article
Scientific nature of the article: An article presenting the results of one's own research, which was empirical, theoretical, technical or analytical, which provides the title of the publication, the names of the authors together with their affiliations and which presents the current state of knowledge, the research methodology, the course of the research process, its results and conclusions, with a bibliography. Scientific articles are also considered as monographic, polemical or review studies and legal commentaries. Presence in the article: Structure of the article; Review of the model; Clear and aesthetic layout of the article; Publication of the review procedure; Keywords in the original language; Keywords in English; Literature; Translation and transliteration.
