Системна резильєнтність: екофасилітативна перспектива (на прикладі батьківсько-дитячих стосунків)

Abstract


У статті представлено теоретичне обґрунтування екофасилітативного погляду на резильєнтність як базову властивість відкритих динамічних систем через інтеграцію системного, діалектичного та екофасилітативного підходів. Проаналізовано еволюцію наукових поглядів: від розуміння резильєнтності як індивідуальної характеристики – до її трактування як системної властивості. Схарактеризовано три форми прояву резильєнтності (превентивна, спонтанна, поствентивна), що відображають діалектичну природу її розвитку в системі стосунків. Вперше запропоновано екологічну матрицю для аналізу проявів резильєнтності, що розкриває взаємозв'язок між контекстом, формою прояву резильєнтності, типом стосунків, фокусом екофасилітативного супроводу й очікуваними результатами. На прикладі батьківсько-дитячих стосунків продемонстровано можливості застосування екопсихологічної матриці для аналізу різних соціальних систем. Обґрунтовано принципи екологічної психологічної фасилітації (ECPF) як інтегративної практики, що забезпечує основу для створення програм психологічної допомоги та виступає інструментом діагностики і підтримки резильєнтності в різних контекстах. Представлена екопсихологічна перспектива у розумінні розвитку систем акцентує увагу на тимчасовій природі як негативних, так і позитивних станів, цінності кризових і перехідних періодів, підтримці природного ритму розвитку відкритих динамічних систем. Особливої актуальності дослідження набуває в умовах війни в Україні, коли батьківсько-дитячі стосунки стикаються з безпрецедентними викликами і демонструють різні форми прояву резильєнтності, оскільки створює унікальний контекст для верифікації запропонованої теоретичної моделі.
